These classes are suitable for all abilities and ages from 14 years and there are no limits!
These classes are not only a great way to get fit, you also get to meet some rather fabulous people too. All of our classes are full of friendly faces, who warmly welcome new people to the sessions. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging of one another, which creates an environment where everyone feels free to work within their capability.
