Our ladies only KickBoxercise classes are designed for all females aged 14 and over. We accommodate for all abilities and ages that attend our 14+ classes so there are no limitations.
We have great female instructors with a passion for kickboxing, to not only teach these skills, but to also enable women to feel strong and confident in their ability, whilst also having fun. In these classes you will learn Kickboxing technique, whilst using pads, gloves and strike shields. Whatever your current fitness level, these classes are designed to help build your confidence whilst pushing you at your pace to increase your fitness and digging deep to find that inner strength you have to achieve.
