This June, NDA Fitness and Safe in Sussex are joining forces to bring you fun, fitness and fundraising to help make a difference for those in Sussex affected by domestic abuse. We will be hosting one class at each of our Horsham and Angmering venues.
Whether you are completely new to boxing or you are a well rehearsed pro, these classes are sure to get your body moving and your blood pumping whilst supporting an amazing cause.
These classes are suitable for all abilities and ages 14+ so why not grab a friend and come join us. This event is hosted alongside the Safe in Sussex annual event of Shocking Shirts and Funky Frocks. We fully appreciate you may not want to exercise in a shirt or frock but should you wish to join in then fabulous bright colours will be greatly enjoyed.
Angmering – Saturday 11th June 9.30am – The Angmering School, BN16 4HH

At the start of the event you will have an opportunity to hear from Debbie West about the work Safe in Sussex are doing. If you would like to take a look in advance and learn more about the charity then please click here. This will also be an opportunity to join our raffle to be in for the chance to win one of our fantastic prizes including a hamper and boxercise classes. You can also add this to your booking along with an additional donation to the charity if desired.
There will then be a 15 minute introduction for those new to Boxercise with class kicking off after (duration 45 minutes). We will then wrap up and our raffle will be drawn after our class on Wednesday the 29th June.

All equipment is supplied however if you have your own then please feel free to bring this along.
Class cost is £10.00 per person (usually £8) and all proceeds go to support Safe in Sussex* and the amazing work they do in our county. There are options when booking into the class to purchase raffle tickets, cover the card handling fee, or add additional donations as you choose.
