Personal Training

Helping you to achieve your health and fitness goals with the guidance of a Level 3 personal trainer. Whether you’re looking for 1:1 support or small group training, we have the plan for you. All sessions take place in The Barn Gym in Findon, our personal training studio.

Boxercise Classes

Boxercise is a fun, non-contact fitness workout that combines boxing training with cardio and circuit exercises. In these classes you will learn boxing punches as well as padwork. Our kids classes have a unique grading system and our adult classes use original artist music.

Nutrition Support

Learn how to fuel your body effectively, with simple, sustainable nutritional guidance. Nate has a nutritional diploma so can analyse, design and guide your nutrition that complements your training and supports you in reaching your goals.
