Our Boxercise Awards course is designed to educate children on the safe techniques of boxing, with clear guidance and boundaries in an exercise environment so they can also have fun getting fit.
As part of making these classes engaging, we offer a unique Boxercise awards grading programme. This gives all members the opportunity to demonstrate the techniques they have learned in a special class which is held quarterly. Upon safe and correct technique demonstration, they can achieve completion of their current grade. Everyone starts on our base level.
We currently offer three grades:
- Bronze Level Award
- Silver Level Award
- Gold Level Award
Our grading’s are not compulsory and all members will still be taught correct techniques and new skills at their appropriate levels. These are however offered as motivation and focus to encourage concentration and desire for new challenges.
We offer two levels to each grading.
- Standard Grading – This includes the grading session, certificate and medal.
- Enhanced Grading – This includes the same as the standard grading however the member will also receive a new class T-shirt with the “Boxercise” logo now in the graded level. i.e: Bronze logo for Bronze award.
Our next grading dates are as follows:
- Horsham – 11am on Saturday 12th October 2024
- Angmering – 11am on Saturday 19th October 2024
