Boxercise is a dynamic, non-conventional way to improve fitness, learn technique, and build confidence. Each class combines boxing drills with aerobic exercise, so you’re not only moving and burning calories but also developing real skills.

Power Pads (Ages 7–13)
Our Power Pads programme is designed especially for young people. It teaches the safe techniques of boxing in a fun, energetic environment while developing essential life skills that reach far beyond fitness.

We support children and young people to grow in:
Through our Boxercise Awards Programme, participants can work towards graded achievements, giving them the opportunity to showcase their progress and celebrate their success.
Boxercise Gradings
We will advise when students are ready to take their next grade, however there is never any pressure to complete them.

Bronze
Our bronze award demonstrates correct punch techniques, pad holding and initial footwork

Silver
This award covers some of the best boxing defensive manoeuvres like the slip and the swayback.

Gold
Encompasses the more advanced footwork showing how boxers move around the ring and evade the ropes.
Boxercise Fit (Ages 14+)
Looking for a class that’s fun, dynamic, and empowering? Boxercise Fit combines boxing drill sets with cardio and resistance training to give you a full-body workout. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro, these sessions will challenge you at your level.
