Absolutely! Training is tailored to your current fitness level, with realistic short-, medium- and long-term goals. Everyone starts somewhere, and together we’ll build confidence and progress safely.
Most clients benefit from 2–3 sessions per week. At minimum, once weekly ensures a strong foundation. I’ll guide you on what to do in between sessions to keep you progressing.
Because every programme is tailored to you. I offer a free 15-minute chat and a 1-hour consultation before creating your plan. That way, your investment matches your goals and needs.
Depending on your programme: dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, yoga mats, and more. I provide everything you need.
Not at all. Many clients start by simply increasing activity. If nutrition support is needed, we’ll work together on sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle as well as education to understand why.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
