Nate’s Story
“My story is one that I am sure many can relate to…”
For years, I struggled with low self-esteem, lack of drive, excess weight and unhappiness. My lifestyle revolved around computer games, fast food, and doing as little as possible and both my mental and physical health suffered because of it.
The turning point came when I decided I wouldn’t let my colleagues’ taunts or my weight define me and I decided to take control. I gently built up my fitness level step by step and started fuelling my body properly.
Since then, I’ve shed 6 stone of fat, discovered a passion for fitness, and qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
That’s why I started NDA Fitness, to help others find the same confidence and energy I discovered. For me, fitness isn’t just about results – it’s about making every session fun, empowering and life-changing.
Nate’s Fitness Journey
2011 Where It All Began
I realised it was time to do something about my personal health. I discovered along the way that I had a real passion for fitness alongside helping people explore their true potential

2016 Triathlon
I decided to challenge myself, learning to swim for the first time to take part in the Eton Dorney Sprint Triathalon. I learnt a lot about when to push myself, and when to rest.
2018 Half Marathon
Having developed a real love for running, I chose the Gatwick Half Marathon as my first big run. As you can see I felt incredibly proud!

2019 – Full Marathon
I ran in support of the British Heart Foundation after my Mum suffered a heart attack, raising funds to help others facing heart disease. An incredible experience I won’t soon forget.
2021 – Spartan Race Half Marathon
My next step was to combine what I had achieved so far with a passion for resistance training to complete the Spartan obstacle course.

My journey shows that change is possible for anyone, and now it’s your turn!
Whether you want personalised coaching or the buzz of a Boxercise class, I’ll help you build confidence, strength, and lasting results.
